Automatic Rockwell and Superficial Hardness Tester TIME 6356

 

Automatic Rockwell Hardness Tester TIME®6356 is a new product developed by TIME Group Inc. to test both Rockwell hardness and superficial Rockwell Hardness. It provides an ideal solution for hardness testing.

Features

  1. Conform to the standards of GB/T230.2, ASTM E18 and military industry
  2. Multi test forces for testing both Rockwell hardness and superficial Rockwell hardness
  3. Protrudent indenter design to easily reach the inner part of the object (minimum ?23mm) and the outer part
  4. Real-time force control system ensures providing precise test forces.
  5. For continuous measurement, the indenter automatically moves back and forth instead of lifting the table to improve the accuracy.
  6. Auto lift the table and automatic setting preliminary test force
  7. Touch screen and back-light LED display
  8. Curved surface auto correction
  9. Conversion to other hardness scales (HV, HK, HBW) and tensile strength
  10. OK/NG tolerance judgement
