AU - 1010 D Digital Bursting Strength Tester-Paper & Paper Board (Pneumatic Type)

 

For determining the bursting strength of paper and paperboard. Designed with pneumatic clampingof samples to avoid samples slippage under adjustable clamping force. 

A test piece is clamped between two concentric plates, each having circular opening in the center. Pressure is applied to the underside of a test piece by a rubber diaphragm, which is expanded by hydraulic pressure. 

The Burst-O-Matic provides rapid test sequence through coordinated automatic controls for clamping and testing cycles. An electronic pressure transducer provides a high level of accuracy and excellent reproducibility of test results.

Measuring range: 

(For Paper)
0-2000 kPa or 20 kg/cm2. 

(For Board & Corrugated board) 
0-6000 kPa or 60 kg/cm2.
